Why is my spy pen flashing red repeatedly when I try to record?Updated 8 months ago

This happens if there is an issue with your battery (like the pen is dead) or memory card (the memory card is mis-formatted or not inserted properly)

Troubleshooting steps: 

1. Make sure your pen is fully charged. Plug it into your Portable Battery or computer and make sure the blue indicator light is solid blue.

2. Make sure the memory card is installed properly. It should be flush in the port.

3. If you have taken these steps, please contact our team. Your pen could be damaged due to charging it with an incompatible charging adapter.

Note: Only use a 3.7V volt battery charger, or it will damage the battery on your device.
