Why is my pen only recording for a few seconds before stopping?Updated 8 months ago

This only happens for a few reasons:

A low battery

A defective battery

User error by accidentally clicking the control button (as this pauses recording).

Note: Only use a 3.7V volt battery charger, or it will damage the battery on your device.

Troubleshooting steps: 

1. Make sure your pen is fully charged. Plug it into your Portable Battery or computer and make sure the blue indicator light is solid blue.

2. If you have taken these steps, please contact our team. Your pen could be damaged due to charging it with an incompatible charging adapter.
