An alternating blue indicator light means that your iSpyPen Pro is not recognizing the flash memory chip build into the USB port on the pen. In order to fix this issue, simply uninstall and reinstall your memory chip.

If this does not resolve the issue, simply complete a Factory Settings Reset.
