If your iSpyPen Pro X isn’t loading on your computer, it’s usually due to one of two things — a battery issue or a memory card issue.
Battery Issue:
Make sure the pen is fully charged. Plug it into your computer or a portable battery (not a wall plug) for at least 2–3 hours. A red light means it’s charging. Once the red light turns off and only the blue light remains, the battery is full.Memory Card Issue:
Check that the MicroSD card is properly inserted and clicked into place. If it’s not, remove and reinsert it gently until it locks. If the pen still doesn’t appear on your computer, try using a different MicroSD card to see if the problem is with the card itself.
